Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your mirror from Prime. If anything goes wrong, here’s how we’ll make it right.

Shipping Damage

Every mirror is inspected and packaged in our Cairo factory before shipping. If your mirror arrives damaged:

• Refuse delivery, or note the damage on the delivery receipt.
• Contact us within 24 hours at hello@primemirrors.com or via WhatsApp, with photos of the packaging and the mirror.
• We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Manufacturing Defects

If you discover a manufacturing defect (LED lighting issue, edge chip, or finishing defect) within 14 days of delivery, contact us with photos and your order number. We will replace the mirror at no cost.

Change of Mind — Standard Mirrors

You may return a standard catalog mirror within 7 days of delivery if:

• The mirror is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• You arranged the return pickup with us first.

The return pickup cost will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect the mirror, we will refund the product price to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Custom Orders

Custom sized mirrors are non refundable, as they are cut specifically to your dimensions and cannot be resold. This does not affect your rights in cases of shipping damage or manufacturing defects.

Cancellations

Standard mirrors: You may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order at no cost.
Custom mirrors: Orders may be canceled before cutting begins. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What This Policy Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by improper installation, accidents, or misuse after delivery.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Modifications made by anyone other than Prime Mirrors.
