Every order from Prime Mirrors is delivered through our dedicated logistics partner across Cairo.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across Greater Cairo, including New Cairo, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, Maadi, Nasr City, Heliopolis, Zamalek, Downtown Cairo, and surrounding neighborhoods.

For deliveries outside Cairo, please contact us at hello@primemirrors.com before placing your order and we will provide a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Time

Standard mirrors: 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
Custom sized mirrors: 5 to 10 business days depending on complexity. We will confirm the exact delivery timeline before production begins.

Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Fees

Free delivery on orders above 4,000 EGP.

For orders below 4,000 EGP, a flat delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your area.

How We Package

Mirrors are naturally fragile. Every piece is wrapped in protective foam, reinforced at the edges, and shipped in a custom corrugated box. Our delivery team handles unloading and brings the mirror directly to your doorstep.

Delivery Day

We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the delivery time.

Please ensure that an adult (18+) is available at the address to receive and inspect the order.

Inspect the mirror before signing. If you notice any damage, refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt, then contact us within 24 hours.

Installation

Standard delivery is doorstep delivery only. Wall installation service can be arranged for an additional fee. Please let us know before placing your order.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the order, our team will contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for a second attempt.
