These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of primemirrors.com and your purchase of any product from Prime Mirrors. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Prime Mirrors is a mirror manufacturer based in Cairo, Egypt. We design, cut, and finish every mirror in our own factory using premium 4 mm glass and CNC precision.

2. Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and order price confirmation.
• Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP / LE) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. An order is only confirmed once we formally accept it.

3. Custom Orders

Custom sized mirrors are manufactured precisely according to your specifications and are non refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. We will confirm dimensions and design details with you in writing before production begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

• We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
• Payment is required at checkout through the payment methods listed on our website.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver within Cairo only. Delivery times, coverage areas, and shipping fees are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

6. Risk & Ownership

Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.

7. Product Use

Our mirrors are designed for indoor wall installation. Improper installation, excessive moisture exposure beyond normal bathroom use, impact damage, or modifications void any warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on primemirrors.com, including product images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Prime Mirrors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Egyptian law, our liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
